Data Processing
General
Our data processing is carried out in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the specific data protection regulations applicable in Liechtenstein. In line with these provisions and due to our professional duty of confidentiality, we are committed to protecting your data and privacy.
We process data:
- based on the contractual relationship with our clients (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),

- or to safeguard legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
In this context, data processing particularly refers to the collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, use, disclosure, dissemination, or deletion of personal data. Personal data includes any information relating to an identifiable person (e.g., name, location data, etc.).
Automatic Data Processing Through Website Visits
The processing of personal data of our users is limited to the data necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services.

Cookies
So-called “cookies” are small files that allow us to store specific, user-related information on your device while you visit our website. Cookies help us determine how often and how many users access our website and make our services more convenient and efficient for you. The content of the cookies we use is limited to an identification number that no longer allows any direct reference to the user.

Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public.
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s address line begins with "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties. If you wish to contact us via email, please note that the confidentiality of the transmitted information cannot be guaranteed. The content of emails may be viewed by third parties. We therefore recommend that you send us confidential information in encrypted form.
Our security measures are continuously improved and adapted according to technological developments.
Despite adhering to the highest standards of care, we cannot completely rule out the possibility of security vulnerabilities in computer-assisted data processing. This is especially true for data transmissions over the Internet. Please be aware that we do not accept any liability for errors caused by third parties during data transmission (e.g., hacker attacks on our IT systems). If your data is affected by a data breach, we will inform you without undue delay — as far as possible and reasonable.
